Les Jolies Eaux

Originally HRH Princess Margaret’s island retreat, Les Jolies Eaux was redesigned by Dalgliesh Gilpin Paxton Architects as a luxury rental property.

Our clients envisioned a more outwardly focused compound with every room capturing dramatic ocean views and opening to the sea breezes. Our design reinforced the property’s axial layout, aligning the front door, pool and ocean, and added porticos, porches and decks to extend living spaces towards the water.

Bedrooms and baths were upgraded and opened to the vistas; new primary bedroom and dining pavilions flank a vanishing-edge pool.
