Keswick Hall and Golf Club
Dalgliesh Gilpin Paxton Architects transformed a dilapidated private villa into a country house hotel where patrons feel they are guests at a private home.
The design of the 55,000-square-foot Keswick Hall and the 25,000-square-foot Keswick Golf Club respects the character of the original Italianate villa and evokes the luxury of a continental hideaway.
Each of the forty-eight guest rooms is unique in layout and décor, and gracious public rooms with large fireplaces welcome guests.
Recognition
CONDÉ NAST NAMED KESWICK HALL THE TRAVELER GOLD #1 HOTEL IN NORTH AMERICA FOR DESIGN IN 2011 AND #1 SMALL RESORT IN MAINLAND U.S. IN 2010 AND 2011.
