Our clients purchased an existing 1990’s residence and hired our team to complete a comprehensive renovation, two additions, and a new site plan to adapt the house and landscape for their active family life.

The welcoming new entry features stone site walls, a generous arrival stair, and a sleek glass-filled porch. The exterior palette of painted brick and dark clad windows and doors gives the house a more dramatic and modern aesthetic.

On the south elevation, revised grading, a new family room addition, and an opearble pergola complete the connection between the primary living spaces and the landscape.

Transforming the maze-like floorplan, we created open circulation and comfortable living spaces to support the family’s design tastes, day-to-day life, and love for entertaining both inside and out.

The transitional interiors feature thoughtful and modern details, relaxed furnishings, and subtle color combined with the warmth and character of more traditional elements like stone fireplaces, white oak flooring, and reclaimed wood beams.

Stylish and versatile, the pool pergola has clean-lines, adjustable roof fins, and automatic insect screening. The custom stone and copper water feature mitigates sound for a serene poolside experience.
