Howard’s Creek Lodge

The Lodge’s original structure was an 1840s double-pen barn located in Monroe County, West Virginia.  Dalgliesh Gilpin and Paxton Architects oversaw the disassembly of the barn and its reconstruction as Howard’s Creek Lodge at The Greenbrier.  The restored building incorporates pinewood from the old railroad freight station in White Sulphur Springs and chandeliers from The Greenbrier’s former auditorium.  Today the Lodge is used for conferences and dining events.
