Blue Springs Residence

Our clients loved the breathtaking site on which their existing house stood, the house where they had lived for decades and raised three children.  Here they envisioned a fresh, contemporary home tailored for the next phase of their lives and suited to large family gatherings and events.  The new residence, on the footprint of the old, is a modern interpretation of classic forms.  A symmetrical, five-part composition is enlivened by an open floor plan, generous steel fenestration, floating stair, and whimsical light fixtures.  A party barn with bar, game tables, large screen TV, and fireplace connects to the main house and pool via an outdoor courtyard with covered walkways.
