    The Palladium

The Palladium is a two-phased, mixed-use, urban reclamation project in downtown Milwaukee. Its neo-classical brick and cast limestone façade is capped with a dramatic copper dome.  Visitors are greeted by a circular motor court and a series of radial public lobby spaces with expansive glazed openings, 15’ ceilings, and classical stone and plaster detailing.  Interiors feature a diverse range of tenant spaces including office, retail, café, and fitness center.  A future phase allows for the buildout of fine dining establishments and condominiums.  Fully integrated into the building is a seven-story, 300+ capacity parking garage that includes provisions for bicycle commuters.  A rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the Milwaukee River.
