Project Architect

Danielle is an accomplished architect whose journey began with a multifaceted education at Goucher College, where she graduated in 2016 with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Environment and Society and Environmental Studies, specializing in Danish Hedonistic Sustainability. Building upon this foundation, she pursued her passion for traditional building methods and cutting-edge innovative design by earning a Master of Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in 2020.

Since joining Dalgliesh Gilpin Architects in 2021, she has made significant contributions to a diverse array of residential projects across Virginia. From interior and exterior renovations to the creation of luxurious pool pavilions and upscale goat barns, Danielle’s work seeks to embody collaborative creativity and craftsmanship.

Recognized for her collaborative spirit, Danielle serves as the Emerging Professional Liaison for the AIA Central Virginia chapter. In this role, she fosters mentorship and community engagement among local designers, advocating for cross-disciplinary conceptual thinking at the forefront of every design endeavor.
