Blue Springs Residence

Our clients loved their existing property for its breathtaking beauty and the decades of memories there raising three children. On the footprint of the existing home, we designed a new residence, tailored to their tastes and the next phase of their lives.

A modern interpretation of classic forms, the new house is a symmetrical, five-part composition enlivened by an open floor plan, generous steel fenestration, a floating stair, and whimsical light fixtures.

With strong connections to the new pool and covered porches and a large contemporary kitchen, the house is well suited for family gatherings and events, both indoor and out.

A party barn with bar, game tables, large screen TV, and fireplace connects to the main house and pool via an outdoor courtyard with covered walkways.
